Nothing! That's what was found in my endometrial biopsy. So, while it's nice not to be dying from unknown ute issues, we still don't really know WTF the issue is with our infertility. Vid has some motility issues but his numbers are fine. And we seem to have figured out a med combo that matures my eggs & therefore makes them able to be fertilized. Now if we could only get one (or 2) of the little buggers to take up residence inside me for 40 or so weeks...

I am in the same boat as you. I have been pushing for deeper and stranger tests and, so far, they have been yielding some results.
There is a doc in Chicago - Dr. Coulam - who a number of infertile women I know through RESOLVE have gone to (phone consult). She's apparently very well respected and knows all the "hippie" ideas that might lead to infertility - natural killer cells, mthfr, etc.
Really hoping that all of with unexplained infertility issues soon get pregnant.
